Electronic Invoicing System Complement CFDI 4.0 Bill of Lading
Factura360® offers the Electronic Invoicing or CFDI Complement for income or Transfer documents integrated into our CFDI electronic invoicing and payroll system.

In accordance with the reform made to rule 2.7.1.9. of the RMISC2020 according to the third modification published on November 18, 2020, the specifications that the CFDI must meet for the transport of goods were adjusted:
It is specified that the transportation of the goods will be by land, sea, air or river, previously no particular route was indicated.
It is clarified that the CFDI will be of the income or transfer type.
The “Carta Porte” complement will be added to the CFDI of entry or transfer.
If the transfer is through an intermediary or transport agent, this will be the one who issues the transfer CFDI with the “Carta Porte” complement.
In the case of imported goods that are acquisitions from first-hand sales , which are subject to disposal , the respective customs document number will be indicated.
Taxpayers dedicated to the land, sea, air, river or cargo transportation service, when issuing their CFDI of income for the services provided, must incorporate the “Carta Porte” complement.
In the case of the transportation of hydrocarbons and petroleum products, the transfer CFDI, in addition to the “Carta Porte” supplement, must carry the “Hydrocarbons and Petroleum Products” supplement.
It is noted that in no case can the transport of hydrocarbons and petroleum products be covered without accompanying the printed representation of any of the CFDI and its indicated complements.
The fields for medications or COFEPRIS are integrated.
The fields for the transfer of goods are integrated in the ISTMO of Tehuantepec
The fields for returning merchandise are integrated.
